In-clinic location (Coming Soon): 440 West Main St., Monongahela, PA 15063 (Inside CPDC Chiropractic). Mobile IV hydration and NAD+ therapy delivered to your home or office within a 30-mile radius of Monongahela / Charleroi, PA.

Virtual Services

Medical weight loss, peptide programs, and 1-on-1 health coaching are available virtually across 19 states: AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MI, MN, NY, NC, OK, TN, TX, UT, and VA — in addition to Pennsylvania.

Availability

Appointments are scheduled Monday through Saturday. A $30 deposit reserves your appointment and is applied toward your scheduled service. Please allow up to one business day for email replies.

Clinical Eligibility

IV therapy, injections, prescriptions, and certain services require clinical screening and provider authorization. Eligibility is determined individually and we reserve the right to decline or postpone a service when clinically appropriate.
