Premium Treatment Upgrades
Members may select an eligible Premium IV and pay only the amount above the included $195 treatment value. Specialty and prescription-based upgrades remain subject to clinical eligibility and provider authorization.
Membership Terms
- • Three-month minimum commitment. Autopay monthly.
- • Memberships are individual and nontransferable.
- • A $30 mobile service fee applies to each mobile visit.
- • Percentage discounts apply only to eligible a la carte services and do not apply to memberships, packages, or other already-discounted services.
- • Membership pricing cannot be combined with HERO, promotional codes, packages, or other offers.
- • The Total Wellness complimentary vitamin injection must be used within the applicable 30-day membership period and does not roll over.
- • IV rollover benefits remain valid only while the membership is active.
- • Clinical eligibility and provider authorization apply.
Booking & Important Information
A $30 deposit reserves your appointment and is applied toward the scheduled service. Mobile IV appointments may include a $30 service fee within the standard service area. Prescription ingredients, specialty infusions, IV therapy, and injections require appropriate screening and authorization. Formulas may be modified or unavailable based on clinical eligibility and product availability. Descriptions identify general wellness goals and do not promise to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Individual results vary.
Automatic Member Discounts
When an active member books any additional service, their tier discount is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed. Essential members receive 10% off additional IVs, boosters & injections and 5% off all other eligible a la carte services; Total members receive 15% / 10% respectively. Discounts never apply to your monthly membership subscription, peptide programs, GLP-1 programs, or at-home NAD+/Niagen subscriptions.

Deposit & Checkout Policy
Your $30 deposit reserves your appointment time and will be applied directly toward your scheduled service. We understand that plans sometimes change. Your deposit may be transferred when you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
*Deposits are unable to be refunded for missed appointments, changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or once your clinical review has been completed.
Credit Card & Cash Fee Disclosure
*All service prices have a 3% credit card convenience fee added. Cash Payments will receive a 3% discount at checkout.
Refund Process: If upon reviewing your clinical consent form, medical conditions exist where requested services cannot be completed safely, your $30 deposit will be promptly refunded.
PA State Medical Requirement (Good Faith Exam)
Pennsylvania state law requires a Good Faith Exam (GFE) with an APRN, PA, or MD before any medical services are rendered. Here's how it works: once you book your appointment, Nurse Beth will send you a consent form based on the services you requested. After she reviews your form, you'll receive a secure link to complete your Good Faith Exam with a qualified provider. Your GFE is valid for one full year, and patients must renew it yearly. We recommend completing it before your appointment to save time. If your consent form reveals a medical condition that makes your requested service unsafe to perform, your $30 deposit will be refunded in full.
