Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? Beth RN is here to ensure you feel 100% comfortable and confident.

What is IV Therapy, and how does it work?↓

IV Therapy involves administering fluids, vitamins, minerals, and target nutrients directly into your bloodstream through an intravenous drip. This bypasses the digestive tract for near 100% absorption, delivering immediate hydration and maximum nutrient cell saturation.

What are the main benefits of IV Therapy?↓

IV Therapy provides rapid cellular hydration, an immediate energy boost, enhanced immune defenses, accelerated workout recovery, headache/migraine relief, and skin illumination. It is also highly effective for combating fatigue, hangovers, jet lag, and seasonal illness.

How long does an IV Therapy session take?↓

An IV session typically takes between 30 to 60 minutes depending on the infusion type and fluid volume. NAD+ infusions require a slower drip rate (60 to 120+ minutes) to ensure optimal client comfort.

How soon will I feel the effects of IV Therapy?↓

Most clients experience increased mental alertness, rapid rehydration, and an energy boost immediately or within a few hours of their infusion. Benefits continue to develop over 24 to 48 hours.

Is IV Therapy safe?↓

Yes. All infusions are administered by Beth Beichner, RN, MSN using sterile medical-grade nutrients and standard protocol procedures under the direction of an authorizing provider. Every client undergoes screening and a state-required Good Faith Exam prior to service.

What is the state-required Good Faith Exam (GFE)?↓

Pennsylvania law requires a quick Good Faith Exam (GFE) with an APRN, PA, or MD prior to IV therapy or prescription services. Once you book, Beth sends your consent form and a telehealth GFE link. Your GFE is valid for 1 full year.

How often should I get IV Therapy?↓

Frequency depends on your personal goals and lifestyle. Many clients benefit from monthly maintenance or bi-weekly infusions, while others schedule as-needed for travel, workout recovery, or seasonal immunity.

Are there any side effects?↓

IV therapy is very well tolerated. Mild side effects may include a cool sensation in the arm, a slight metallic taste during B-vitamin administration, or minor bruising at the injection site.

How does mobile IV therapy work in my home or office?↓

Beth brings all required medical equipment, IV supplies, and nutrients directly to your home, office, hotel, or event within 30 miles of Charleroi/Monongahela, PA. A standard $30 mobile travel fee applies (waived for mobile parties of 3+ people).

Which states do you serve virtually for weight loss, peptides, and health coaching?↓
